The concept of Soul Circle was created to provide a safe space for those seeking to heal old wounds. Soul Circle allows people on a similar path to come together and connect to not only their most sacred selves but to each other by experiencing the healing power of the breath together in a sacred container. The safety to explore your innermost feelings and openly express emotions is palpable.
The backbone of every Circle is an intentional breathwork ceremony. Every Circle boast a different theme; Anything from self-love and empowerment to accepting change and processing grief may be on the menu. Most sessions start and end with the serene sounds of a crystal singing bowl sound bath or peaceful harmonies from the hand pans may guide you inward on a spiritual journey. Potent embodiment practices and breath patterns are used to help you release stored energy and connect to the most divine aspects of your being. You are then safely grounded back into your body to explore the healing potential of your physical body through movement…
Soul Circles are all about expanding and growing… And what better way to grow than to learn new practices that push our boundaries and move us toward a more healed version of ourselves. Soul Circle keeps it spicy by constantly alternating the classes and instructors that compliment that months breathwork ceremony and theme: yoga, belly dancing, pole dancing, twerk classes… you name it we’ll try it. Doing crazy, out of the cozy zone things together in this container makes it feel way more fun and approachable than just poppin’ in to a hip hop dance class where we know no one, am I right?
If you’re new to Soul Circle, not to worry. We have the most welcoming container. We allow plenty of time to interact between activities as we sip tea and enjoy the provided snacks and get to know one another. We also have a beautiful online community we would love to have you join.
